The following are included in my fee of

$ 500 + GST $ 50 = TOTAL $ 550

To secure my services for the date and time of your planned wedding I require a 50% deposit when we complete your Notice of Intention of Marriage.The balance of payment is due at, or before the rehearsal.

Ceremony composition

• Use of a file of previous ceremony examples
• Composition of original written material
• Advice on flow and staging of the ceremony
• Research of suitable extra material eg poetry or prose
• Drafting and re-editing until you are completely happy with your ceremony

Marriage Information

Folder of materials regarding marriage in Australia including

• marriage and relationship education and support services
• civil celebrant code of practice

Travel

• Travel with in the Perth metro area; to and from your ceremony and rehearsal

Rehearsal

• A relaxed walk thorough at the location for the ceremony
• Coaching of anyone who is giving a reading (if appropriate)

Services on the day

• I will dress according to your requirements eg style, colour preference etc
• I will arrive about half and hour prior to the agreed ceremony start time
• I will supply an elegant gold pen for the signing
• I can supply a table, white cloth and chair if required
• You will receive a presentation marriage certificate in a protective envelope
• I will give you a presentation copy of your ceremony as a keep sake
• I guarantee that I will not deviate from the ceremony you decide on unless there is some unforeseen occurrence that requires me to refocus guests eg some kind of disturbance that draws peoples attention away from the ceremony

• Travel outside the Perth metro area can be negotiated. I am happy to travel with others attending the ceremony, by bus or train or you can pay for my petrol.
• If the time of your ceremony means that I have to stay overnight, then you supply me with appropriate accommodation. I don't smoke and I am happy to stay with family or friends or at a local motel or B&B.
• The lodgement of the Application for a Registered Marriage Certificate requires a fee of $42 payable by credit card, cheque or money order, to the Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages. Please give the cheque or money order to me at the reheasal or sooner.It will be sent in with your registration documents and application.
