Speakers are invited to give a lecture/workshop on their topic of choice for a maximum of 90mins. A Question and Answer session is usually included and to conclude, light refreshments are offered with a view to winding up around the 9.30pm mark. Notes will be available with contact details for the Speaker.

Peter has been a practitioner of the Dark Arts for over twenty years. He has worked as a Tarot Reader, Astrologer, University Lecturer and Life Coach to people with profound disabilities. He is currently the CEO of a human services agency assisting disadvantaged Australians discover their own true will. Peter Kingsley has been a senior initiate of both The Golden Dawn and The Temple of Set. He now practices within the Thelemic Tradition as founded by English mystic, magician and Master - Aleister Crowley. Thelema means “Will” in Greek, and is the name Crowley employed to articulate a controversial system of spiritual attainment combining Eastern and Western esoteric techniques as underscored by the primacy of individual freedom and responsibility. Crowley was known as The Master Therion and had many disciples throughout his celebrated life. He died in 1947. This lecture will outline the relationship between Master and Chela within the Thelemic Tradition. Peter Kingsley will demonstrate and discuss the core Thelemic rituals as a means of establishing a magickal link between student and Guide. It will include opportunities for group participation as together we explore the theory and practice of ceremonial magick in search of The Master Therion.

This evening will be an introduction to Tarot Talk to gauge interest. So what is Tarot Talk and what do we want to accomplish?
Tarot Talk is an opportunity for all who love working with the Tarot to actively participate in learning and exploring these incredible tools. The workshops is structured so that we look at the cards on many levels and also learn to read intuitively. We will be looking at – The meaning of the cards, both historically and intuitively, card meditations, comparative tarot, symbology, colours, archetypes, numerology and much more. Each session will also have time set aside for practice readings, no pressure for those who do not want to participate in this activity.
