Tarot Talk is an opportunity for all who love working with the Tarot to actively participate in learning and exploring these incredible tools. The workshops is structured so that we look at the cards on many levels and also learn to read intuitively. We will be looking at – The meaning of the cards, both historically and intuitively, card meditations, comparative tarot, symbology, colours, archetypes, numerology and much more. Each session will also have time set aside for practice readings, no pressure for those who do not want to participate in this activity.

Tarot Talk is going to be an ongoing forum, running weekly, fortnightly or monthly based on feedback and interest.

Do you have to be a professional reader to come?

No, but an understanding of the cards basic meanings and an active interest in the Tarot is all that is pre-requisite. If you have had no exposure to the Tarot and want to have a formal introduction to the cards, I highly recommended that you complete the Tarot Workshops with Gail from the Sun Moon and Star.

What do I need to bring?

• A Notebook and pen
• A deck of your choice

What is provided?

I will be providing handouts at each Tarot Talk, these are interactive and you will find in no time that you start creating your own Tarot Library of information that you have gained from your own experience.

Note – if you are like me and have many decks, please bring only one each time, you can bring a different one each session, I know I will. We ask this as there is going to be a lot of different styles, decks and people and we want to ensure that everyone has time. Please also bring a deck that you are comfortable reading with and having other people shuffle.

There will be tea, coffee, cake and biscuits on offer and for this session we ask that you bring $5 each to cover space rental, food and drink.
