The Sun Moon and Star offers a range of learning and sharing opportunities in the Sanctuary. Classes, workshops, lecture series and special events are offered by our staff or by those who have hired the Sanctuary. Our calendar lists all upcoming learning and sharing opportunities. Sweat Lodge

A simple description of Sweatlodge is "spiritual sauna". A Sweatlodge is a sacred event. It is not something to attend for entertainment! Attending the Lodge requires proper preparation and clear intention. more info & instructions for those attending

Many of our classes operate from a Register of Interest. We collect names and details of those interested in attending and when we have enough people, we set a date and then confirm with those on the register. You are not under any obligation if you are on the register, it is simply an indication that you are interested... so if we contact you and the date does not suit that is no problem, we just put you on the next list.

Most things require a deposit. This holds your place and is your comittment to attend. Be aware that most classes, workshops, lecture series and special events are independant of the Store so you will need to arrange cash or cheque/money orders for payments ie the store eftpos is NOT available for these payments.

Everyone who uses the Sanctuary is expected to uphold our statement of intent. It is very important that this is the case. We seek to maintain a space of the highest integrity where people feel, and are, safe and respected.
