A bit about me…….

I have physically been in existence in this lifetime for 43yrs. I share my living space with my fabulous flatmate and my very special cat. Both fellas keep me balanced, bring me great comfort and support and make me laugh often! (This last factor is particularly important to me).

Since leaving school, my working life has been predominantly in the corporate world. However, since the late 80’s, I have run a parallel journey with massage, bodywork and many things strange and fabulous that seem to go with that territory.

My personal journey of self exploration, discovery and healing continues to bring me the most challenges and satisfaction in life. I feel continually blessed to be sharing this journey with so many wonderful beings, and my love and gratitude to those who a played a role in my personal journey knows no bounds.

My wish for the world (or the entire universe for that matter…..)

That each being can know and be their bliss.
